4 mile warmup to prospect st hill and back, then met Dan at summer/prescott and did a 16-mile out-and-back to harold parker. Easy out, 6 mile progression run, 2 mile easy to finish. Headwind for the last 8 miles, basically all the way back. Pretty tired after this one.
