It feels a lot less antsy. Physically I feel fine, mentally much less amped up. Kind of over marathon training. That's probably a good thing. Yes for jogging and grumpy's tomorrow. There's supposed to be a FORR 5k meeting there at 8, hopefully Pete forgets.
