Warsaw Praga parkrun, Skaryszewski Park
Flat course, 2.5 laps. Very warm. Course was mostly shaded under trees but quite uncomfortable in the exposed sections. Was going well in the first lap but not having been training for 2-3 weeks told on the second and third laps. Was struggling towards the end. Disappointed not to have got under 22 minutes but it was much as I could do to hang on!
Friendly event anyway. Got invited to be in the group photo after and to a beach party they were having in the evening.
