Bright & sunny but a little chilly at first. Muddy in places underfoot but not too bad - wore trail shoes.
My legs felt very heavy today & trail shoes made it worse. Really hard work. I did a minute effort part way through before realising I hadn’t started my watch! Difficulty in synching the workout afterwards too - not a great day!
