Easy paced run to test out my heel. Tried out 4 different things suggested by osteopath to gauge which ones were the most/least comfortable - 30 secs each. Tested it out 3 times.
- running with feet wide (least comfortable)
- running with feet narrow (straight line) (second best)
- running with toes turned out (second worst)
- running with toes turned in (most comfortable)
