Great Bentley Half Marathon
Weather conditions pretty awful - cold & very windy so didn't really warm up at all.
First race back since PF started. Pleased with my time as hadn't done any speedwork until the last week. Left foot was achey but held up OK - nightmare with the orthotic in my right shoe from 10 miles poking into my instep & causing blistering.
Did feel like I was cruising at times. Pushed on faster in the last couple of miles to get finished due to the orthotics problem.
1 minute faster than 2011 but a minute & a half slower than 2010.
