Gunnersbury parkrun
Was staying at T/L Vauxhall so took the trip west to do Gunnersbury on 90 mins sleep after Club AC.
Single lap course. On tarmac paths but need to watch footing as lots of holes & uneven surfaces. Very crowded start & first mile. Almost falling over people. Path goes straight & then downhill before heading off around a lap of the park. The lap seemed to be almost entirely downhill strangely. Then a climb back up the original path and straight to the finish. Found it quite challenging due to crowded nature of the first section & then worn out after.
Quite a nice park. & today was Eurovision theme as the song contest is today - quite fun.
Disappointed with the time but seems par for the course for me now.
