Slept in this morning so missed the early morning slot to go running. It was pretty hot so I left it till later in the day. It was still very warm with a warm breeze and lots of people about. It was impossible in ECP as there were people on all the paths, people on bikes etc. Easier to avoid people in Central Park. Sectioned the run into 2 x 5ks in case I need to use one for the D88 handicap!
