Long run in the drizzle and wind, quite mild though. Nice to be out running in the rain. Enjoyed the colour of the trees and running the Spitfire Scramble course in kinder conditions than the burning sun! My soles felt pretty tight and my left achilles a bit sore. Furthest I've run for a long time.
