Parliament Hill - Civil Service XC Champs
Course very dry and earth was split open in places so had to watch footing. Found the hills very uncomfortable. Not sure it was down to recovering from covid, most probably general lack of fitness. 2 laps. Fell over at the end of the first lap but in long grass so didn't hurt myself and was able to get up and carry straight on. Defra ladies team got team silver. We had the same points as the winning team but lost out as the third scoring woman of the other team placed above me.
