ECP, 1 lap Central Park, around the lakes, ECP lane, Harrow Lodge Park, along by river, Chase, ECP
Weather a little changeable from overcast to sunny but still warm. Humid when the sun was out.
Not really caught up with sleep after Friday night yet so quite tired. Managed to get myself out of the door in early afternoon today. Stayed in local parks to encourage myself to keep going - softer underfoot (ankle a bit sore again & lower back still sore) & more interesting. Found it hard work even so - but pleased to have managed half marathon distance. Included Harrow Lodge freedom parkrun (26.47).
