ECP, Beam Valley, Bretons, 1 lap Spitfire (reverse), Rainham Rd, Beam Valley, both lanes beside the railway, ECP
Conditions good - mild, breeze, some light drizzle.
Actually managed to get myself out the door on Bank Holiday after not budging yesterday. Decided on a whim to do the Spitfire route the other way around which was interesting. I was able to really look around and get a different perspective. The section after Spitfire was harder work just getting the additional miles in & the front of my right foot was quite uncomfortable. Was really worn out by the end but overall I'd say I enjoyed the run & was pleased with the distance.
