Attempted run. Snow on the ground. Had been feeling hip pain yesterday and still felt uncomfortable this morning. As Brentwood Half Marathon was cancelled I was aiming to run with Paul & Peter but knew as soon as I set off that it wasn't happening. My right hip felt terrible - then I turned over my ankle again. Went home in tears.
