Notes
Bright & sunny but cold. Muddy underfoot and a lot of standing water in ECP. Feeling a little under par and tired - first hill session in a long time. Bretons 12 x hills (3 x big hill; 3 times back hill; 4 x big hill; 2 x side hill). Cranked my ankle a bit again. Slow jog after around Bretons & then through a very muddy ECP. Just what I needed to sort my head out though.
