Scorching day so left it quite late before venturing out. However, it was still uncomfortably hot with a warm breeze. Had to stop and walk for a while after 15 minutes as it was just too hot. The tried to stay in the shade as much as I could for the remainder of the time. Pretty ropey run - not sure it was worth going out.
