10 mins WU; 1 x 6 mins; 3 mins easy; 4 x 4 mins + 90 secs recov; 3 x 1 min + 60 secs; 1 x 2 mins
Quite muddy & wet in places, some ice still in hte shade.
Ran mostly on trail and grass as softer surface to not aggravate my heel too much. Did the third & fourth 4 min intervals on tarmac (3rd mostly downhill!). Enjoyed the session - running in early afternoon as its frosty / icy in the evening & good to get in some work on softer surfaces.
