Some ground frozen, some muddy.
10 min WU; 6/5/4/3/2/1 threshold + 90 secs recov. In the 4 min interval I turned my foot & pulled against my PF on some frozen rutted mud. That was pretty painful & it was quite difficult to run for a little bit. Variable conditions underfoot - pretty slippery in places. Good to get a bit of faster work in (though still slow by comparison!).
