Garmin was playing up & didn’t kick in for a while so distance is adjusted.
Easy run with John after getting back from Paris. Awful run - felt heavy & lumpy. Wore trail shoes which felt uncomfortable & felt hot in leggings. Altogether not at all enjoyable.
