Sunny & humid, torrential rain towards the end.
Easy paced run. Had to slow to a walk in some places due to mud and flooded paths or very overgrown paths. Took in a couple of hills towards the end in Bretons but very slowly. Soles/heels felt quite tight and uncomfortable. Quite hard work. should've felt fresher as had a long lie in today.
