2 x Chase A/C - BP intervals
After day in the office. Not in best frame of mind & didn’t feel like going out. Also had to use my new Garmin as my computer broke so I couldn’t download anything from my old Garmin. Got in a bit of a muddle with it. Took it a bit easier as didn’t want to pressure my knee too much - it still felt achy & towards the end it was pulling. Not right yet - needs a bit more rest I think.
