Cold today and rain towards the end.
Local parks mud run, including Harrow Lodge freedom parkrun, followed by D88 monopoly run. Forgot to restart my Garmin after a photo stop in Harrow Lodge Park so had to plot the missing section manually and add on estimated some time. Parks were very muddy and very waterlogged. Struggled around the parkrun route in I think the slowest time ever (29:18).
Monopoly run was taking photos of locations & street signs - it kept me going for longer but the stopping & starting was tough. Also I was running in trail shoes which wasn't very comfortable.
Final day of RED January - glad to have completed it but will be glad to be able to take rest days again. Biggest monthly total recorded ever I think at 198 miles.
