Notes
Sunny but very cold, windy at times. Warm when there was no wind. Undulating course. Felt like it was going quite badly - was able to keep going at a 'comfortable' pace but couldn't really go any harder. Feeling the effects of a cold and felt quite tired though I'd had an easier training week in the last week apart from the hard session on Thursday. Turned out it wasn't too bad after all - 3 mins off my best but more or less on par with some of my other 10s. Strong last mile - 6.47!
Very pleased to win FV50 trophy & 9th lady overall.
