Notes
Very cold this morning. Ran in tights, long sleeves & zipped top. Course mostly frozen with a couple of muddy patches. Frost on the paths wasn’t too bad. Got caught up running with a group of men from about halfway which was great in pushing me on - was a bit like the old days only I couldn’t keep up in the end. Enjoyed it though.
