ECP & Central Park - Intervals
Warm, sunny, breezy - mid-afternoon run.
10 mins WU; 6 mins threshold + 3 mins recov; 7 x 2 mins fast + 1 min recov; easy
Feet tight and legs achy. (On leave from work but on my feet a lot trying to clear house and garden). Was really nice to be out in the parks on a sunny bright day.
