Notes
Drizzle and very windy. Didn't get hill session done this week so incorporated it into the first part of my long run.
WU; 1 x 1 mile XC pace; 10 x 45 secs hills; 1 mile XC pace; easy.
Wore my trail shoes which were a bit slippery on non-trail so tried to stay on grass/dirt as much as possible. I'd had enough after 90 minutes. Not ideal doing hills as part of longer run as knackered after - and don't get the training benefits of long slow pace.
