Running Club. Ran with Ian C who was taking it easy as he has a marathon on Saturday. Pace was quicker than I've been going recently & picked up more towards the end. Can't believe it was still average 8:26. Right foot was a bit uncomfortable but I enjoyed it in the main. Nice to be running & chatting.
