Rainham Roads loop - intervals
5 mins WU; 3 x 5 mins threshold + 90 secs recov; 5 x 2 mins fast + 90 secs recov; pacey then slow
Tired out by work and generally fed up. Sort of enjoyed it, sort of hated it. Glad when it was over but glad I did it. I'm hating finding running so hard at the moment.
