Notes
Very cold, some sleet. Muddy & slippery underfoot. Lunchtime easy run after a few days off to test out whether my left calf is OK. It felt a little tight but OK I think. Felt generally pretty lumpy and lethargic but great to be out in the open to blow away the cobwebs.
