WU; 6 mins threshold; 3 mins recov; 8 x 400m + 1 min recov; easy
(conversion 0.28 mile = 450m)
Got a crippling stitch on 7th interval & had to rest stop. 8th interval forgot to start my Garmin! so did a 9th. Still feel I'm really lacking fitness, not sure its improving very much despite training. Heel wasn't too bad today on grass.
