Got out lunchtime while it was light. Back achy & pull in my right quad.
Beast of a session - found it really tough going.
WU 5 mins; 2 x 90 secs + 90 secs (7.51/7.30); then all + 90 secs - 2 mins (7.52); 3 mins (7:44); 4 mins (7.39); 6 mins (7.37); 4 mins (7:38); 3 mins (7.41); 2 mins (7.57); 2 x 90 secs (7.27/7.44). Easy.
