Interval session with John.
8 mins WU; 6 mins threshold; 3 mins recov; 2 x (5 x 400m + 60 secs) with 3 mins recov between. We did the intervals around the main rugby pitch, so on grass - 1 lap + 1 short side = 418m. Really knackering - found it very hard work but good to get it done. Nice to have an easier cool down afterwards.
