Managed to kick myself out of bed for a run earlyish in the morning! So good to get the run out of the way. Lovely bright morning to be running. Did Eastern Ave route for the first time in a long time. I was really tired by the last couple of miles which was a bit worrying - I couldn’t have gone further. My feet were very achy - could be partly due to a lot of walking around yesterday maybe.
