Overcast but warm & a little drizzle towards the end.
15 mins WU; 3 x 10 mins hills(Bretons) + 3 mins recov; 15 mins MP; easy
Much shorter long run this week as tapering for the Kings Forest Marathon next week. Quite enjoyed the much shorter run, even with the hills incorporated. Didn't kill it on the hills - just added them in as wasn't able to do the hill session during the week.
