ECP, over railway bridge, Beam Valley CP, Bretons Outdoor Centre, Rainham Rd, Chase. ECP
15/15/15 progression run + 6 x strides. Found the first two 15 minute segments quite hard, especially when on dry rutted grass parts. Was in a bit more in my stride when it came to the final section. The strides were quite hard but only shortish so not so bad. Felt like I'd worked at the end. Pace still disappointingly slow but its something. Right heel still hurting.
