Cold & a couple of inches of snow on the ground. Easy run with John. Stayed in the parks to avoid ice. Nearly turned my ankle on covered frozen rutted mud in ECP. Didn't feel as cold as yesterday but then I did put 5 layers on today! Quite hard work running in the snow but poor quality training.
