ECP, Harrow Lodge Park (incl freedom parkrun), Rainham Road, Church Elm Lane, Heathway, Rainham Rd N, Central Park
Warm sunny day so waited till evening to go out. Warm but with cool breeze. Feeling very low - emotional and not much sleep. Good to get out to occupy my brain with running. Didn't think I'd get far but felt OK just to plod on and pleased with the distance.
