Ran down Dagenham Rd chatting to people from the club then interval session.
6/5/4/3/2/1 + 90 secs recov then 7 x 2minjs + 60 secs recov.
Took in some hills along the way. Felt quite tough at times especially running into a head wind. My heels have been a little bit dodgy since Sunday but didn't feel too bad - straight into cold water after running.
