Notes
Very warm and sunny. Still in pain from cut up knee after falling over on Thursday evening. Very crowded start, stuck behind people - but wouldn't have been able to do much more anyway. Quite a nice course - was expecting it to be hillier than it was. One small lap then a big lap with an out and back. Finish is uphill!
Not too displeased in the circumstances.
