After quite a hard working from home day - was unable to get out at lunchtime due to a teleconference. Legs a bit tired after all the running in recent days. Soles felt quite tight. Mix of grass, trail & pavement. Warm and humid.
5 mins WU; 10 mins threshold (7:58) + 3 mins recov; 5 x 2 mins fast (7:19 / 7:31 / 7:26 / 7:14 / 7:12) + 2 mins recov; 10 mins threshold (7:40); easy. Quite hard work but felt good to get it done. Also 2 min intervals go past quickly! Please with pacing.
