Didn’t get out until 8:20pm as I’d been in the office. Bad day so was in a poor frame of mind. Too late to be going out running on my own really so just stuck to 2 laps of the Chase.
5 mins WU; 3 mins (8:29); 6 mins (8:24); 3 x 3 mins (8:25/8:13/8:07); 3 x 2 mins (8:06/8:08/8:09); 5 x 90 secs (8:08/8:20/8:11/8:08/8:19) (did an extra 90 secs).
