Warm, some breeze.
Didn't feel so good when I started off - legs v tired. After a very poor night's sleep & an afternoon gardening. Was going to call it a day after a loop of the park but managed to carry on - was then going to do a loop of the Chase but went for London Rd in the end. Heels and feet tired by the time I finished.
