Foot tight & uncomfortable after yesterday. Took it easy. Would have enjoyed it more if it hadn't been so cold! Furthest I've run so far since getting the injury - big energy melt down at 10 miles as forgot to take isotnic drink or gels. Quite a shock. I've forgotten so much while I haven't been running!
