Dagenham Road to Drs. From Drs, Crow Ln, Whalebone Lan, Rainham Rd N

Gentle pace lunchtime run with a stop off at the doctors. Easy paced run. Sun shining so it was nice and a little bit warmer than recently (though still cold).
