Notes
After getting back from Lavinia's funeral. Very cold, headwind in some directions, sunny at first but colder as the sun started to go down.
1 mile WU; 3 miles MP; 3 mins recov; 5 x 3 mins + 60 secs recov;3 mins recov; 5 x 2 mins + 60 secs recov; 3 miles tempo. Really hard session - had no idea what I was in for. (Actually did more on the first set of intervals - was supposed to be 5 x 300m but it worked out to over 600m). Stayed mostly on the paths as the grass was muddy. Final section was on trail through ECP. Very pleased with the pacing really. Can't say I'd look forward to doing it again but I feel like I've achieved something. :)
