Notes
A little chilly, brightish, cool breeze. Much better running conditions to the heat last year. (6 mins faster than last year but last year was first run back after injury and I had to walk). Quite pleased with how it went - feel like I'm getting the competitive spirit back a bit. Ankles and feet felt ok - no twinges. All quite comfortable. Picked up the pace towards the end - luckily it was downhill to the end as well. Some undulations along the way.
