Course has pretty much dried out - just a couple of areas of mud. Quite windy. Wore my New Balance off roaders. My left heel was really painful in the first km & I wasn't sure I'd be able to complete it but it eased off a bit after a while. Not a complete flat out effort today as I have Stowmarket Half Marathon tomorrow.
