2 x Chase (clockwise) - BP intervals
5 mins WU; 2 mins (8:40); 3 mins (7:59); 6 mins (7:52); 4 x 3 mins (8:05/7:59/8:03/7:50); 2 x 2 mins (8:06/7:57); 2 x 90 secs (8:04/8:11). Easy.
Very cold night so wore several layers. Just stuck to the Chase but had to be quite careful along RGR where there was poor/no lighting & uneven surfaces.
