WU; 6 mins threshold; 3 mins easy; 10 x hills; 4 mins easy; 7 mins threshold.
Good to get out early & actually do what was on my programme. Couldn't face going to Bretons so worked on the hill in ECP. Had to break up the hills to avoid people so did 4 then 6. Forgot to restart my watch at some point. Pleased to have got a session done however.
