Mild, breezy, some light drizzle.
10min WU; 10 X 400m + 60 secs recov. The easy jog to post office to pick up package & back home.
Heels and feet achy & uncomfortable to start with. Eased off as got into the session.
Did the intervals around 2 football pitches. Hard work by the time I got half way through. Good to get it done at the start of the day though.
