15 min WU; 2 x (4/3/2/1 hills + 90 secs recov); easy.
Programme just had fartlek but I thought it'd be worth adding hills into the mix. Warm afternoon & it was hard work. I haven't really done any intervals/speed or hills since coming back from my hip injury so it was hard work and I wasn't able to really put max effort in. Or rather my max effort wasn't too impressive! But good to get started on it again.
